I've started talking about how I personally use CBD and essential oils every day in our household and with questions pouring in, I figured compiling it all to one page would be best for gaining resources and knowledge if you're wanting to learn about them or how to start your journey to wellness.
As many of you know I started out learning about my own diet and exercise and slowly began looking at the bigger picture including phasing out harsh chemicals and toxins and incorporating more natural products. Seeing how all of these puzzle pieces came together I began helping others to discover that it’s not just one or the other. But in-fact whole body wellness takes growth and change in all areas. But it doesn’t have to be overwhelming or hard. I've been in your shoes and can tell you it is so worth it to learn and incorporate a new mindset.
